Transliteration

prajā hi lubdhai rājanyair nirghṛṇair dasyu-dharmabhiḥ ācchinna-dāra-draviṇā yāsyanti giri-kānanam

Translation

贪婪而残忍的统治者将如盗贼般行事；百姓被夺去妻室与财物，便将逃入群山与森林。
