Arjuna Marries Subhadrā; Kṛṣṇa Honors Two Devotees in Mithilā (Śrutadeva and Bahulāśva)
yo ’vatīrya yador vaṁśe nṛṇāṁ saṁsaratām iha yaśo vitene tac-chāntyai trai-lokya-vṛjināpaham
This verse says Kṛṣṇa’s fame (yaśaḥ)—heard and celebrated—brings inner peace and destroys the miseries affecting all three worlds.
He highlights that the Lord’s avatāra in the Yadu line is not ordinary history; it is a divine descent meant to deliver conditioned souls by spreading His liberating renown.
Regularly hear, chant, and remember Kṛṣṇa’s līlās and names—this devotional focus calms the mind and reduces life’s distress by reconnecting consciousness with the Lord.
