Rājasūya: Agrapūjā for Kṛṣṇa and the Slaying (and Liberation) of Śiśupāla
राज्ञा सभाजिता: सर्वे सुरमानवखेचरा: । कृष्णं क्रतुं च शंसन्त: स्वधामानि ययुर्मुदा ॥ ५२ ॥
rājñā sabhājitāḥ sarve sura-mānava-khecarāḥ kṛṣṇaṁ kratuṁ ca śaṁsantaḥ sva-dhāmāni yayur mudā
诸天、世人以及居于中天的众生都蒙国王如法礼敬,便欢喜启程回归各自的境界,同时歌颂主奎师那与这场大祭。
According to Śrīdhara Svāmī, the term khecarāḥ here refers to the pramathas, mystic yogīs who accompany Lord Śiva.
This verse shows that when the king properly honors the assembled exalted guests, they become pleased, glorify Kṛṣṇa and the sacred rite, and depart joyfully—indicating auspicious completion and divine satisfaction.
Because Kṛṣṇa’s presence and actions ensured the sacrifice’s perfection and righteousness; seeing His supremacy and the successful conclusion of the ceremony, they naturally offered glorification.
Practice respectful hospitality and gratitude toward devotees and guests, and center spiritual activities on glorifying Kṛṣṇa—when devotion and proper conduct guide our duties, the outcome becomes joyful and auspicious.
