śrī-śuka uvāca udvāharkṣaṁ ca vijñāya rukmiṇyā madhusūdanaḥ rathaḥ saṁyujyatām āśu dārukety āha sārathim
This verse says Kṛṣṇa learned that Rukmiṇī’s auspicious wedding moment had come and immediately ordered His chariot to be prepared, indicating swift divine intervention at the crucial time.
Because the wedding moment for Rukmiṇī had arrived; Kṛṣṇa acts without delay to fulfill His līlā and protect His devotee, moving at once toward the unfolding events.
When duty and conscience clearly indicate the right moment to act—especially to protect what is good—this verse inspires timely, decisive action rather than hesitation.
