Garuḍa, Saubhari’s Curse, Kāliya’s Refuge, and Kṛṣṇa Saves Vraja from Forest Fire
रामश्चाच्युतमालिङ्ग्य जहासास्यानुभाववित् । प्रेम्णा तमङ्कमारोप्य पुन: पुनरुदैक्षत । गावो वृषा वत्सतर्यो लेभिरे परमां मुदम् ॥ १६ ॥
rāmaś cācyutam āliṅgya jahāsāsyānubhāva-vit premṇā tam aṅkam āropya punaḥ punar udaikṣata gāvo vṛṣā vatsataryo lebhire paramāṁ mudam
巴拉罗摩拥抱不失之主阿周陀(奎师那)而大笑,因为他深知奎师那威能之广大。出于深情,他把奎师那抱到膝上,反复凝望;牛群、公牛与小母犊也得到了至高的喜悦。
This verse says that even the cows, bulls, and calves attained supreme joy simply by Krishna being among them and by witnessing His divine actions.
Balarama understood Krishna’s extraordinary potency (His divine power displayed in the līlā) and, overwhelmed with affectionate love, embraced Him, laughed, and repeatedly gazed upon Him.
Cultivate loving remembrance and repeated contemplation of Krishna’s qualities and pastimes; the verse emphasizes that sincere affection and attentive ‘looking again and again’ nourishes spiritual joy.
