Kāliya-damana: Kṛṣṇa Subdues the Serpent and Purifies the Yamunā
द्वीपं रमणकं हित्वा ह्रदमेतमुपाश्रित: । यद्भयत्स सुपर्णस्त्वां नाद्यान्मत्पादलाञ्छितम् ॥ ६३ ॥
dvīpaṁ ramaṇakaṁ hitvā hradam etam upāśritaḥ yad-bhayāt sa suparṇas tvāṁ nādyān mat-pāda-lāñchitam
你因惧怕迦楼罗而离开罗摩那迦岛，来投靠此湖；但如今你已印有我的足迹，迦楼罗将不再试图吞食你。

This verse states that the lake is “marked by My feet,” and therefore even Garuḍa will not prey there—showing the sanctifying, protective power of Kṛṣṇa’s presence and symbols.
