FAQs

In this verse Gandhamādana is presented as a sacred divine region toward which the two revered Lords depart after being praised by the demigods, indicating it as a spiritually important abode associated with exalted personalities.

Śukadeva Gosvāmī speaks this verse while narrating the events of Canto 4 to Mahārāja Parīkṣit.

The verse highlights that divine association begins with reverent attention—seeking darśana with humility, offering praise, and honoring the sacred can be practiced today through sincere worship, attentive hearing, and respectful pilgrimage or temple visits.
