Aditi’s Lament and Kaśyapa’s Instruction of the Payo-vrata (Milk Vow) to Please Keśava
त एव नियमा: साक्षात्त एव च यमोत्तमा: । तपो दानं व्रतं यज्ञो येन तुष्यत्यधोक्षज: ॥ ६१ ॥
ta eva niyamāḥ sākṣāt ta eva ca yamottamāḥ tapo dānaṁ vrataṁ yajño yena tuṣyaty adhokṣajaḥ
这正是最上等的戒律与最殊胜的自制。由此，苦行、布施、誓行与祭祀皆得圆满，因为超越感官的主阿多克沙迦（Adhokṣaja）因此而欢喜。
