yāṁ na vrajanty adharmiṣṭhāḥ khalā bhūta-druhaḥ śaṭhāḥ māninaḥ kāmino lubdhā ebhir hīnā vrajanti yat

Translation

凡不义之人、恶徒、残害众生者、狡诈者、虚妄自负者、纵欲者与贪婪者，皆不得入此城。居于其中的人全然远离这些过失。
