The Future Manus and the Avatāras in Their Manvantaras
atrāpi bhagavaj-janma kaśyapād aditer abhūt ādityānām avarajo viṣṇur vāmana-rūpa-dhṛk
This verse states that Lord Viṣṇu appeared as Vāmana by taking birth from Aditi through Kaśyapa, becoming the youngest among the Ādityas.
Because in this divine appearance, Viṣṇu manifested within the lineage of Aditi’s sons (the Ādityas) and is described here as their youngest (avaraja).
Reflecting on avatāras like Vāmana strengthens faith that the Lord intervenes to protect dharma, encouraging humility, trust, and steady devotion during personal and societal upheavals.
