The Future Manus and the Avatāras in Their Manvantaras
manur vā indra-sāvarṇiś caturdaśama eṣyati uru-gambhīra-budhādyā indra-sāvarṇi-vīryajāḥ
Indra-sāvarṇi is the Manu of the fourteenth manvantara, described in Canto 8, Chapter 13 as a future ruler of mankind in the cosmic cycle.
This verse states that Indra-sāvarṇi Manu will have sons, beginning with Urugambhīra and Budha, who are described as born from his potency.
It fosters humility and steadiness by reminding us that time moves in vast divine cycles, encouraging focus on dharma and devotion rather than temporary worldly upheavals.
