Sukta 9
को नु गौः क एकऋषिः किमु धाम का आशिषः । यक्षं पृथिव्यामेकवृदेकर्तुः कतमो नु सः
kó nú gaúḥ ká ékaṛ́ṣiḥ kím u dhā́ma kā́ āśíṣaḥ | yákṣaṃ pṛthivyā́m ekavṛ́d ekaṛ́tuḥ katamó nú sáḥ ||
Who, pray, is the Cow? who is the One Seer? what, indeed, the Station? what are the Blessings? The Yakṣa on Earth, of single circuit, of single season— which, now, is He?
母牛究竟是谁？那唯一的圣见者是谁？“住处／位”（dhāman）究竟为何？“祝福／祈愿”（āśis）又是什么？在大地之上，那雅克沙（Yakṣa），一轮而行、一时而运——如今他究竟是谁？
