Sukta 10
शं नः सोमो भवतु ब्रह्म शं नः शं नो ग्रावाणः शमु सन्तु यज्ञाः । शं नः स्वरूणा मितयो भवन्तु शं नः प्रस्वः१ शम्वस्तु वेदिः
śáṃ naḥ sómo bhavatu bráhma śáṃ naḥ | śáṃ no grā́vāṇaḥ śám u santu yajñā́ḥ | śáṃ naḥ svarū́ṇā mitáyo bhavantu | śáṃ naḥ prasváḥ śám vastu védíḥ ||
Weal be to us: may Soma be for our good; weal be to us from the sacred prayer. Weal be to us: weal, indeed, may the pressing-stones be; and may the sacrifices be weal. Weal be to us: may the fair-formed measures be; weal be to us: weal be increase, weal the dwelling, weal the altar.
愿我等得吉祥:愿苏摩(Soma)为我等之善;愿我等得吉祥:由梵咒与圣言(brahman)而来之吉祥。愿我等得吉祥:愿榨石(grāvāṇaḥ)确为吉祥;愿诸祭祀(yajñāḥ)亦为吉祥。愿我等得吉祥:愿形相端美的尺度与定量(svarūṇā mitayaḥ)成就;愿我等得吉祥:愿增益(prasvaḥ)为吉祥,愿居处为吉祥,愿祭坛(vediḥ)为吉祥。
