प्रकृतिकोपकमधर्मिष्ठमनैकान्तिकं चैतदिति कौटिल्यः ॥ कZ_०५.६.३२ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛti-kopakam adharmiṣṭham anaikāntikaṃ caitad iti kauṭilyaḥ
Translation
考底利耶说：“这种做法——激起国家诸要素的愤怒——是不义的，也不足以可靠地断定结果。”
