विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
对越界逞强之人，应激起国家诸构成要素的愤怒而将其除掉（使其自身转而反对他）。
