Sutra 14

छिन्नधान्यपुरुषवीवधयोः छिन्नधान्यमन्यतो धान्यमानीय जङ्गमस्थावराहारं वा युध्येत न छिन्नपुरुषवीवधमनभिसारम् ॥ कZ_०८.५.१४ ॥

chinnadhānyapuruṣavīvadhayoḥ chinnadhānyam anyato dhānyam ānīya jaṅgamasthāvarāhāraṃ vā yudhyeta na chinnapuruṣavīvadham anabhisāram

在粮食供应被切断者与兵员及役畜/运输畜被大量杀伤者之间,应当攻击粮食被切断的一方——可从他处运粮,或依靠可移动与固定的给养维持;当兵员与运输畜已被毁灭且无法送入救援时,则不应交战。
