जनपददुर्गव्यसनयोर्दुर्गव्यसनमिति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२४ ॥

Transliteration

janapada-durga-vyasanayor durga-vyasanam iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

在乡野之灾与城堡（要塞）之灾之间，要塞之灾更为严重——帕罗沙罗派如是说。
