तेषामभावो जनपदाभावे स्वाम्यमात्ययोश्चानन्तरः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२१ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām abhāvo janapadābhāve svāmy-amātyayoś cānantaraḥ iti.

Translation

乡土一旦败坏，这些（资源与能力）也随之败坏；继而君主与大臣（亦）陷于危殆。
