Transliteration

vyavasthitāryamaryādaḥ kṛtavarṇāśramasthitiḥ

Translation

他（君主/国家）应为雅利安（文明）共同体确立稳固的行为规范，并适当地建立种姓（varṇa）与人生阶段（āśrama）制度的稳定秩序。
