Transliteration

teṣām ajātasnehe pitary upāṃśudaṇḍaḥ śreyān iti bhāradvājaḥ

Translation

婆罗陀婆阇说：当他们与父亲之间尚未产生亲爱（信任）时，采取隐蔽/悄然的约束（细微的惩戒）更为适宜。
