ये चास्यामात्याः स्वभूमिष्वायत्तास्ते चास्योद्विग्ना मण्डलमाश्रयन्ते ॥ कZ_०७.१६.३१ ॥

Transliteration

ye cāsyāmātyāḥ svabhūmiṣvāyattāste cāsyodvignā maṇḍalamāśrayante

Translation

而他那些根植于各自本土的臣僚官员——一旦惊惧——也会投奔（即叛离而归附）诸国之邦圈。
