यद्दण्डकोशभूमीभिरुपकरोति तत्सर्वभोगम् ॥ कZ_०७.१६.१२ ॥

Transliteration

yaddaṇḍakośabhūmībhir upakaroti tat sarvabhogam

Translation

凡能凭借武力（daṇḍa）、国库（kośa）与土地/疆域（bhūmi）提供助力的一方（盟友/势力），应视为「sarvabhogin」（具备全面资源/供给者），即完全有能力的贡献者。
