पार्श्वस्थायी हि यातव्याभिसारो मूलाबाधकश्च भवति मूलाबाधक एव पश्चात्स्थायी ॥ कZ_०७.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

pārśvasthāyī hi yātavyābhisāro mūlābādhakaś ca bhavati mūlābādhaka eva paścātsthāyī

Translation

侧翼之势力（pārśvasthāyī）是既能进军攻向拟攻目标（yātavya），又能打击根基/本部（mūla）者；而打击根基者，在实质上就是后方之行动者（paścātsthāyī）。
