आत्मवांस्त्वल्पदेशोऽपि युक्तः प्रकृतिसम्पदा ॥ कZ_०६.१.१८अब् ॥

Transliteration

ātmavāṃs tv alpadeśo 'pi yuktaḥ prakṛti-sampadā

Translation

然而，一位能自持的君主——即便领土狭小——若具备组织健全之国家要素的资源，也能行之有效并稳固安全。
