तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

违反该限制者将受最高刑罚——既及于实施者，也及于下令/促成者；并且对在实施过程中造成的伤害或死亡亦须承担责任。
