स्पर्धया वा मूल्यवर्धने मूल्यवृद्धिः सशुल्का कोशं गच्छेत् ॥ कZ_०३.९.०५ ॥
Transliteration
spardhayā vā mūlyavardhane mūlyavṛddhiḥ saśulkā kośaṃ gacchet
Translation
若因竞价抬价（投标/竞拍）而使价格上升，则该增额——连同应缴费用——归入国库。
