स चेद् राजार्थमुपनयत्यल्पापराधे वारयितव्यः महति यथापराधं दण्डयितव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.१६ ॥

Transliteration

sa ced rājārtham upanayaty alpāparādhe vārayitavyaḥ mahati yathāparādhaṃ daṇḍayitavyaḥ

Translation

如果他把（多收的款项）上缴入王室账目，那么过失轻微者应予制止/警告；过失重大者应按其罪责相称惩罚。
