स चेदज्ञानादिभिः परिहापयति तदेनं यथागुणं दापयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.९.१४ ॥
Transliteration
sa ced ajñānādibhiḥ parihāpayati tad enaṃ yathāguṇaṃ dāpayet
Translation
如果他因无知等原因造成短缺，应按其过失/能力程度（yathāguṇa）责令其按比例赔偿。
