प्रचारसमृद्धिश्चरित्रानुग्रहश्चोरनिग्रहो युक्तप्रतिषेधः सस्यसम्पत्पण्यबाहुल्यमुपसर्गप्रमोक्षः परिहारक्षयो हिरण्योपायनमिति कोशवृद्धिः ॥ कZ_०२.८.०३ ॥

Transliteration

pracārasamṛddhiś caritrānugrahaś coranigraho yuktapratiṣedhaḥ sasyasampat paṇyabāhulyam upasargapramokṣaḥ parihārakṣayo hiraṇyopāyanam iti kośavṛddhiḥ

Translation

国库的增长在于：扩大赋税征收，鼓励生产性行为，镇压盗贼，施行相称的禁令/规制，庄稼丰收，贸易货物充裕，摆脱灾患，减少减免/豁免，以及（以适当方式）取得金银财宝。
