Transliteration

mahopakāraṃ cādhyakṣaṃ pragraheṇābhipūjayet

Translation

对作出重大贡献的监督官，应以“pragraha”加以褒奖并留任——即以一种确保性的恩惠（赏赐/特权）来系牢其忠诚。
