तत्र रत्नोपधाव् उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च सारोपधौ मध्यमः फल्गुकुप्योपधौ तच्च तावच्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

tatra ratnopadhāv uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca; sāropadhau madhyamaḥ; phalgukupyopadhau tacca tāvacca daṇḍaḥ.

Translation

在调包/掺假案件中：对珠宝适用最高罚金——既罚实施者，也罚指使者；对主要贵重物资适用中等罚金；对次要货物与普通商品，则按其价值与程度处以相应罚金。
