कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
伪造（王室）印玺者，处以前述的萨哈萨（sāhasa）罚；但若为进入或通行他国而伪造印玺（以假冒权威），则应处以最高刑罚。
