पृथिवी कोशदण्डाभ्यां प्राप्यते कोशभूषणा ॥ कZ_०२.१२.३७च्द् ॥

Transliteration

pṛthivī kośa-daṇḍābhyāṃ prāpyate kośa-bhūṣaṇā

Translation

疆土（pṛthivī）凭借国库与强制之力而获得；而疆土反过来又成为国库的装饰——对国库的增益。
