दण्डश्चतुर्गुणः सान्त्वदानभेदपूर्वः ॥ कZ_०९.६.६१ ॥

Transliteration

daṇḍaś caturguṇaḥ sāntva-dāna-bheda-pūrvaḥ.

Translation

强制/惩罚（daṇḍa）有四类，并应先以安抚调和、让利激励与离间分化为前导。
