उत्साहशक्तिमतो वा प्रेषयेत् अमुष्य राज्यं गृहाण यथास्थितो नः संधिः इति ॥ कZ_०९.६.४२ ॥
Transliteration
utsāhaśaktimato vā preṣayet amuṣya rājyaṃ gṛhāṇa yathāsthito naḥ saṃdhiḥ iti
Translation
或者，他应派遣一位有进取心且有能力的人（传话）： “夺取那人的王国；我们的盟约仍照旧不变。”
