तेषु प्रशान्तेषु नान्याञ्शक्नुयुरुपजपितुमुपजपितारः ॥ कZ_०९.५.०६ ॥
Transliteration
teṣu praśānteṣu nānyāñ śaknuyur upajapitum upajapitāraḥ
Translation
当那些（疑似煽动者）被安抚/制止而失去作用后，煽动者便不能再收买或蛊惑他人。
