दूष्यशुद्धौ हि दोषः पुनरन्यान्दूषयति ॥ कZ_०९.५.१९ ॥
Transliteration
dūṣyaśuddhau hi doṣaḥ punar anyān dūṣayati
Translation
但如果只“净化”（清除/剔除）那些易被腐化的人，腐化因素又会再次腐化他人。
