दूष्येषु वा दूष्यव्यञ्जनाः प्रणिहिता दूष्यान्बाह्यैर्भेदयेयुः बाह्यान्वा दूष्यैः ॥ कZ_०९.५.१४ ॥
Transliteration
dūṣyeṣu vā dūṣyavyañjanāḥ praṇihitā dūṣyān bāhyair bhedayeyuḥ bāhyān vā dūṣyaiḥ
Translation
或者，带着败坏名誉借口而安插的密探应制造离间：借外人分裂那些被抓住把柄者，或借被抓住把柄者分裂外人。
