तमात्मदोषत्यागेन परशक्त्यपराधवशेन वा साधयेत् ॥ कZ_०९.३.१३ ॥

Transliteration

tam ātma-doṣa-tyāgena para-śakty-aparādha-vaśena vā sādhayet

Translation

他应当化解那（内患）：或通过摒弃自身过失，或使其归因于（即把责任推给）外部势力的过错。
