तदेव समहीनन्तु प्रोक्तं मध्यकनीयसि मुष्टिग्राहनिमित्तानि मध्ये द्रव्याणि कारयेत्

tadeva samahīnantu proktaṃ madhyakanīyasi muṣṭigrāhanimittāni madhye dravyāṇi kārayet

同一法门亦教于力道中等或较弱之对手。为夺取并制御拳握之势,当备办相应之物,置于中央以待用。
