Hospitality (svāgata/abhipūjā) is upheld even toward potentially distracting forces; dharma is expressed through courteous reception without inner agitation.
This is narrative conduct-teaching (ācāra within ākhyāna). It illustrates dharma in action rather than genealogies or cosmology.
Apsarases and Vasanta represent sensory allure and seasonal stimulation; the ‘Bhagavān’ welcoming them indicates integration and governance of worldly beauty rather than rejection driven by fear.
