पराजितश्च पुरुषो दैत्य दण्डं प्रयच्छति दण्डार्थं ते प्रदास्यामि वरं वृणु यमिच्छसि
parājitaśca puruṣo daitya daṇḍaṃ prayacchati daṇḍārthaṃ te pradāsyāmi varaṃ vṛṇu yamicchasi
“Khi một người bị khuất phục, hỡi Daitya, người ấy dâng một hình phạt hay sự đền bù. Là sự đền bù ấy, Ta sẽ ban cho ngươi một ân huệ—hãy chọn điều ngươi mong muốn.”
