IAST Transliteration

devamanuṣyādyupāsanā-kāmasaṅkalpo bandhaḥ ||22||

Translation

Sự tạo tác ý chí (saṅkalpa) của dục vọng muốn thờ phụng chư thiên, loài người và các đối tượng tương tự chính là trói buộc.

The volitional construction (saṅkalpa) of desire for worship of gods, humans, and the like is bondage.
