पश्चाद्ध्यायीत् पूर्वोक्तक्रमशो मन्त्रविद्बुधः । स्थूलातिस्थूलमात्रायं नाभेरूर्ध्वरुपक्रमः ॥२२॥

पश्चात् । ध्यायीत् । पूर्व-उक्त-क्रमशः । मन्त्र-वित् । बुधः । स्थूल । अति-स्थूल । मात्रा-अयम् । नाभेः । ऊर्ध्व-रूप-क्रमः ॥

IAST Transliteration

paścād dhyāyīt pūrvoktakramaśo mantravid budhaḥ | sthūlātisthūlamātrāyaṃ nābher ūrdhvarūpakramaḥ ||22||

Translation

Sau đó, bậc trí—người thông đạt thần chú—nên quán niệm tuần tự theo trật tự đã nêu trước. Phép đo (pháp hành) này đi từ thô đến cực thô, khởi từ hình tướng tiến lên từ vùng rốn.

Academic Translation

Afterwards, the wise knower of mantra should meditate sequentially according to the previously stated order—this measure (practice) from the gross to the very gross, beginning with the form that proceeds upward from the navel.
