pūrva kalpe mahādevi dehamatrātyajaddhariḥ | asminkalpepi ca punargātrotsargamiti smṛtam

Translation

Hỡi Đại Nữ Thần, trong một kiếp xưa, Hari đã xả bỏ thân này tại nơi đây; và trong kiếp này cũng lại được ghi nhớ như chốn xả thân.
