संपन्नमर्घ्यमादाय मंत्रमेतमुदीरयेत् । प्रत्यङ्मुखः सुनियतः संमुखो वा महोदधेः
saṃpannamarghyamādāya maṃtrametamudīrayet | pratyaṅmukhaḥ suniyataḥ saṃmukho vā mahodadheḥ
Cầm lấy lễ vật arghya đã chuẩn bị chu đáo, người ấy nên tụng thần chú này—hoặc quay mặt về hướng tây, tự chế nghiêm cẩn, hoặc quay mặt về phía đại dương mênh mông.
