Skanda (deduced from phalaśruti instructions)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: After the discourse, listeners rise to honor the vācaka with garlands, sandal paste, cloth, and dakṣiṇā; behind him appear subtle symbolic forms of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Rudra indicating equivalence of worship.
Respecting the transmitter of sacred knowledge is itself worship, equivalent to honoring the highest divine principles.
Dvārakā is the contextual setting, though the teaching applies broadly to Purāṇa discourse traditions.
Pūjā/honoring of the vācaka (reciter) after hearing the Purāṇa is prescribed.
