Transliteration

niṣaṃge jalamādāya kṣutpipāsārddito bhṛśam | ekadā niśi pāpīyācchrīvṛkṣopari saṃsthitaḥ | kolaṃ haṃtuṃ dhanuṣpāṇirjāgraccānimiṣeṇa hi

Translation

Mang nước trong ống tên và bị hành hạ dữ dội bởi đói khát, kẻ tội lỗi ấy có lần vào ban đêm ngồi trên cây Śrīvṛkṣa. Tay cầm cung, hắn thức canh không chớp mắt, quyết giết một con lợn rừng.
