मुष्टिभिः पार्ष्णिघातैश्च जानुभिश्चाभिजघ्नतुः । ततो मुहूर्तात्कौरव्यः पर्यहीयत पांडवः
muṣṭibhiḥ pārṣṇighātaiśca jānubhiścābhijaghnatuḥ | tato muhūrtātkauravyaḥ paryahīyata pāṃḍavaḥ
Họ đánh nhau bằng nắm đấm, cú giáng gót và đầu gối. Chỉ trong chốc lát, Kaurava chiếm thế thượng phong, còn Pāṇḍava dần suy kiệt.
