Transliteration

patitā guravastyājyā mātā ca na kathaṃcana | garbhadhāraṇapoṣābhyāṃ tena mātā garīyasī

Translation

Dẫu các bậc thầy có sa ngã khỏi chánh hạnh, vẫn có thể rời bỏ; nhưng mẹ thì tuyệt đối không được bỏ rơi trong bất cứ hoàn cảnh nào. Vì mang thai và nuôi dưỡng, nên mẹ là bậc đáng tôn kính hơn cả.
